One of the benefits of living in Fox Valley is the high quality / low cost water service provided by the Chester Water Authority (CWA). The city of Chester and Aqua America (soon to be called Essential Utilities) are attempting a hostile takeover of CWA, which will certainly result in dramatically higher costs for all of us.
