Fox Valley Community Services, Inc. (Sewer System)
175 of the homes in Fox Valley, as well as the Condominiums and an office building, have their sewage disposal needs handled by Fox Valley Community Services, Inc. (FVCS). They are responsible for “installation, maintenance and operation on a nonprofit basis of a sewage disposal system within the confines of a development known as Fox Valley, Concord Township, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.”

If you are moving out of Fox Valley, be sure to contact Fox Valley Community Sewer treasurer John Castiello at 484-800-4919 or jcastiello1956@comcast.net so that he can issue assurance that your sewer rent is fully paid and avoid complications at closing.
