Send a photo of your pet to weboperations@foxvalleyca.org it will be posted here with your contact info. If you find a lost pet in the neighborhood, check this page to see if it matches one of the photos, and if it does you’ll know where to return it. All animals are welcome!
If you find a stray dog, neighbor Joe Corsello has volunteered to help catch it and will hang onto it until the owner can be found. Joe can be reached at 610-299-7139.
Residents are encouraged to first try and find the owner. Owners in Delco with licensed dogs can be found by entering the license number on the Delaware County “Return A Lost Dog” webpage: http://w04.co.delaware.pa.us/lostdogs/.
Also, note that most vets have microchip readers – if a found dog has an embedded microchip you may be able to take it to a vet to get the owner information quickly.
If you find a loose dog or dumped dog, please call Mary Lou at Concord Township at 610-459-8911, ext. 100. Concord Township has a contract with the Brandywine SPCA, but will only pick up if they are called by the Concord Township office, please note that residents cannot make the call to BSPCA. If Mary Lou’s voicemail says she is out that day, report to ext. 109. Your call will be reported to the Brandywine SPCA.
