The pandemic pretty much halted all 2020 FVCA activities, including our annual mem-
bership drive. As a result of our activity slow-down, the FVCA Board has decided that
we will combine the 2020-2021 membership years and only collect one set of dues for both years. Additionally, we are looking into an electronic payment option that will hopefully go into effect by next year. Until then, check or cash will be accepted.
Where does my dues money go?
The Fox Valley Community Association is an optional, social and informational civic organization for neighbors of the Fox Valley community. Members are asked to pay a $25 annual dues fee ($20 for seniors). Your dues help fund several community activities like the annual Easter and Halloween children’s parties, the annual Car Show, Block Party and Christmas in the Valley family events, and occasional adult events. Dues also provide for an annual donation to the Concordville Fire & Protective Association, new neighbor Welcome Baskets, the FVCA’s website fees, the community directory, community maintenance projects like support of the Polecat Road House, community clean up, and Spring maintenance and planting at the Dougherty Blvd neighborhood entrance.
